Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Chromag

  Affix the provided shipping label or send your package to our Whistler headquarters using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
